- Very recently Philippe WALTER was contacted for a concert in CANNES during the AUTUMN SHOWS. He was able to play his own piano solo compositions. These are always surprising by the improvised comtempory coloured introductions (jazz, salsa, blues, soul, gospel.) 1993: recording " ATLANTIS " JAZZ FUSION WITH Lydie WALTER vocalist 1995: CD Sophie WALTER (vocal) contemporary traditional ethnique. 1999: Philippe WALTER recorded C D. of his compositions with the musicians: Pascal FEUGUEUR, classical guitarist a student of Alexandre LAGOYA, the rhythmic of Archie SHEPP, Bob DEMEO drums, Wayne DOCKRY double bass, and the String quartet soloists from the Radio France Philharmonic Orchestra and Richard RAUX saxophone. He has also composed numerous musics for films, documentary, theatre and TV shows... He does studio arranging for many French and international artists, like for recording houses (E.M.I., B.M.G., CHAPELL...)
